At the Library: Interpreting the Constitution

The United States Constitution turns 225 years old on September 17, 2012 and to commemorate, the Thomas Crane Public Library will hold a Constitution Day seminar on September 14th at 9:15am. Sandra Smales and Robert Baker (both of Quincy College) and Attorney Peter Bellotti talk about the Constitution and the seminar.
